How aftrclick collects, uses and protects personal data.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how aftrclick collects, uses and protects personal data. aftrclick is a brand of Arbhu Enterprises Private Limited (CIN U74999TN2018PTC123012), Aspire Coworks, Koramangala 3rd Block, Bengaluru 560095, Karnataka, India (“aftrclick”, “we”, “us”). We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, work email, phone number, company and website, and anything you write to us, through forms on this site, email or a booked meeting.
  • Business contact details from public sources: names, job titles and work email addresses of people at brands we may contact, taken from company websites, professional profiles and other publicly available sources.
  • Public information about your business: when we prepare a teardown, we look at what anyone can see: your website, your checkout, and public ad libraries. We do not access your ad or analytics accounts unless you give us access.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and arrange meetings you ask for.
  • To prepare a teardown or proposal you ask for.
  • To contact businesses about our services. Every such email lets you opt out, and we stop when you ask.
  • To deliver services under a signed agreement.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality terms: website hosting, email, CRM, scheduling and analytics providers (for example Hostinger, Google and Zoho). We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some providers store data outside India; when they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and transfer only what is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop contacting you;
  • withdraw any consent you have given; and
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Write to me@gulshaniyer.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer: Gulshan Iyer, Director, Arbhu Enterprises Private Limited, Aspire Coworks, Koramangala 3rd Block, Bengaluru 560095, Karnataka, India. Email: me@gulshaniyer.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
